We are excited to announce an October Pre-Test in Math & Literature for registered Alaska Academic Decathlon Teams!
We will be using the DemiDec Medium test in both subjects. If you’re a DemiDec user, please do not use that test with your students!
All students from registered teams are invited to participate.
Coaches must submit student names (first and last) and category to the State Director by October 16. For this event, coaches select the categories for each student – no transcripts are required.
The tests will take place on October 23 and 24. The time and date for testing within that timeframe is at the discretion of each coach. This will be a PAPER test that needs to be taken in an in-person setting. Tests will be distributed to coaches no later than 8 am on October 23.
Once completed, coaches must scan and return the tests no later than 6 pm on October 24th.
Scores will be shared with coaches on October 26th including the top three scoring students in each category.
